Overview

We are designing the grid of the future! 

EPE is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator focused on supporting the foundational infrastructure of the L&D program and helping employees navigate their learning journey. In this role, you will manage core learning operations, provide responsive learner support and help ensure learning programs and systems are accurate, accessible and effective.  This role operates as an individual contributor with a hands-on, execution-focused scope, reporting to the Director of Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day learning operations, including Learning Management System administration, learning content administration and employee learning support.
  • Manage the L&D intake queue, including employee questions, learning requests and requests for external training.
  • Administer the compliance training program, including assignments, communications, completion tracking, records and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate learning data, produce routine reporting and support basic logistics for L&D programs and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and the employee experience while adapting quickly as priorities and business needs evolve.

 

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Two or more years of experience in learning and development, learning operations, training administration, HR or a related field; equivalent relevant experience is acceptable.

  • Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System and foundational knowledge of eLearning principles; experience with Articulate 360 is a plus.

  • Strong customer service, communication, critical thinking, organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to build positive relationships across the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to changing needs with agility and maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools responsibly to improve quality, productivity and innovation.

  • English/Spanish bilingual capability is a plus, particularly in support of multilingual learning.

Location: This position will be located in Panama City, Panama

Travel:  Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
