The Sr. Director of Business Applications will play a pivotal role in shaping EPE’s technology landscape and enabling the company’s growth ambitions. This strategic leader will own and drive the implementation of Unit4 ERP, modernizing finance, accounting, billing, and project management processes, while building a scalable enterprise architecture to support ongoing business transformation. Reporting directly to the CIO, this role will partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities—while building and leading a global team of product owners and PMO professionals to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
We seek a high-energy, execution-focused leader with proven experience in ERP implementation, PMO leadership, and global team development—someone who thrives in high-growth environments and combines technical expertise with strong business acumen.
