You will oversee internal and external creative teams, define content strategy, and ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of professionalism. This role blends hands-on video production with leadership of brand identity, positioning EPE as a trusted and authoritative consulting partner.

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:
8–12+ years of experience in creative direction, with emphasis on video production and brand storytelling.
Proven ability to manage teams and external vendors while delivering high-quality creative output.
Strong creative and strategic vision with hands-on production expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B corporate environments preferred.
