We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented research engineer who will on-site and contribute to impactful client projects. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, hone your analytical and technical skills, and make a tangible impact on projects that enable our clients to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

How you can make an impact:

  • Research and document topics as directed (e.g., regulations, emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices).
  • Provide light/lean project management services.
  • Document and manage metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions effectively.
  • Perform quality assurance on deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and expectations.

 

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A strong passion for technology, and a proven track record for successful work with technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a desire to learn and contribute in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in consulting or with project management software is a plus.

Work Envoriment:

This position operates in a professional office environment in Allentown, PA. General working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

Travel:  Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
