Reporting directly to our marketing leadership, the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will lead product marketing initiatives, including strategic messaging, content development, sales enablement, and the creation of engaging multimedia assets (video, demos, digital campaigns). This role primarily focuses on our software platforms, InSights and ENER-i, but will also support broader marketing efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in software-focused Product Marketing roles, ideally in energy tech, utilities, SaaS, or similarly technical B2B markets.
Demonstrable experience creating compelling multimedia assets (video content, recorded product demos, interactive content).
Hands-on proficiency with video-editing and demo-production platforms (Descript, Loom, Camtasia) and sales enablement tools (Aligned, Highspot, Seismic).
Strong project and vendor management capabilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality content on time and within budget.
Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging materials.
Comfortable being on video and audio and delivering demos for live and on demand experiences, virtual and in-person.
Highly analytical, data-driven decision-maker experienced in performance measurement, optimization, and reporting.
Comfortable collaborating across diverse teams (product, sales, engineering, customer success) in a dynamic environment.
