We are seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager with expertise in Energy sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects related to software management, development, automation, Power Systems, SCADA, DERMS, EMS and Smart Grids. This role requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and project execution experience in the energy sector.

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Power Systems, or a related field from an accredited program.
5-10 years of experience in project management specifically in software development within the power sector
PMP certification is preferred
Proven expertise in SCADA, DERMS, EMS, smart grids, communication networks, and automation.
Ability to identify opportunities and lead proposals / pursuit efforts. Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships with clients.
Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.
Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday, MS project)
Understanding of software engineering principles, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and energy protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3)
Familiar with NERC, FERC, ISO standards and regional grid codes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous consulting experience preferred but not required.
