As a Learning & Development Specialist at EPE, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of learning across the organization. In this newly established position, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support both technical and corporate learning initiatives. Together, we’ll design and implement programs from the ground up, creating a lasting impact on the organization while elevating and expanding our capabilities and learning offerings.

 

This is a tactical role reporting to a Learning & Development Manager.

 

 

How you can make an impact:

  • Design and deliver engaging, and interactive learning content.
  • Facilitate impactful training sessions in-person, virtual or in hybrid settings.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create technical and specialized training content.
  • Develop eLearning solutions tailored to the needs of a distributed workforce.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and embrace a mindset of continuous growth.
  • Manage LMS (Learning Management System) administration, including user management, content updates, progress tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate and effective training materials.

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programs.
  • Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a global, cross-cultural audience both virtually and in person.
  • Proficiency in eLearning creation using tools like Articulate 360, Storyline or Rise.
  • Strong intrapersonal, problem solving, project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX

Travel:  Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
