Responsibilities

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our Panama office. This role encompasses a full spectrum of human resource and office management responsibilities, ensuring the seamless operation and support of our staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a robust understanding of both HR functions and office management.

 

 

How you can make an impact:

  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting to candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees entering or leaving the company.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within HR systems.
  • Administer employee benefits, handle inquiries, and liaise with service providers.
  • Coordinate logistics for office events, meetings, and appointments, enhancing employee connections and supporting EPE’s culture.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Facilitate effective internal and external communication, acting as a point of contact for office inquiries.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment.

 

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven ability in office administration.
  • Thorough knowledge of Panamanian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR information systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
    • Proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges.

 

 

Location: This position will be located in Panama City, Panama
