  • Lead and execute the integration of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems within the utility and ensure seamless data flow and communications.
  • Ensure interoperability between diverse IT and OT systems with a utility, including SCADA, energy management system (EMS), distribution management system (DMS), SCADA and other critical utility systems, to optimize grid operations.
  • Conduct GIS data conversions and ESRI Utility Network Model conversions, ensuring data accuracy and demonstrating proficiency in GIS software, conversion tools, and ESRI software such as ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Utility Network Management Extension.
  • Provide expertise in resolving integration-related issues, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to maintain system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative system architectures that support the evolving needs of the utility industry, including adherence to the Common Information Model (CIM) framework.
  • Support business development activities including evaluating client opportunities, responding to requests for proposals, identifying strategic areas of focus, and preparing and conducting presentations.
  • Providing integration services pertaining to advanced technologies like Advanced distribution Management System (ADMS) and Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS).
  • Ensure that the CIM standards are followed during system integration and work on developing and maintaining CIM-based solutions.
  • Assist with GIS application development including preparing documentation, help with coding as required, testing, and so on.
  • Assist with the development of use cases that cater to the evolving needs of utilities undergoing transformation, ensuring that our solutions align with their specific operational requirements and strategic goals.
  • Collect, process, cleanse, organize, and verify the integrity of the data received from various clients for analysis purposes.
  • Assist in system selection, solution development, data validation, integration/interoperability, and process mapping.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help clients adopt and utilize new technologies effectively.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to digital solutions for utilities.
  • Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives.
